We have continued our efforts and attempted to make homemade strawberry jam... yeah.... at 2 am. That ended up being a live and learn. The pot boiled over, we did not measure the ingredients right, but after all was said and done... we had a year supply of strawberry syrup. Food storage right? Anyone hungry for pancakes???
