10 1/2 C Four
1/2 C Sugar
1 T Salt
3 T Instant Yeast
3 T Lecithin (found in health food store)
4 C water
Add flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Mix. Add in lecithin, and water. Make the water as hot as the tap will allow before mixing in. I always end up adding a tablespoon or two more of water. You want it to stick to the sides. Once it is the right consistency mix for 5 min. in mixer. After mixing spray your hands and counter with Pam. Scrape dough onto counter and knead for a minute. This recipe makes 4 items. (ie One loaf of bread, one pizza, one tray of rolls, or one tray of bread sticks.) Sometimes I half the recipe when I don't want to make that many things. For bread you take a 1/4 the dough and shape it into a loaf. Let it raise for 25 min. and then cook it for 25 min. at 350. For pizza you roll it out in a pizza shape and without letting it raise put it in the oven at 425 for 15-20 min. There you have it YUM YUM!
